Based in Cameroon since 2014, JE CAPTURE MA RÉALITÉ produces arthouse films by female film-makers. We are three women who share a deep sensitivity, an attraction to ambiguous subjects that depict a society from an endogenous point of view.
We produce creative documentaries as well as fiction. All our productions have the distinctive feature that they always contain an element of strangeness. This adds value to African stories that are often too conventional for our tastes.
We have co-produced short films and Le spectre de Boko Haram, winner of the Tiger Award IFFR 2023 and several other major awards.
